Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Foreman and bring outdoor spaces to life with your energy and craftsmanship! In this role, you will be an essential part of leading, motivating, and managing a landscape maintenance crew. Your hands-on work will involve a balance of tasks from maintenance to management, ensuring each service meets high standards of quality and aesthetics. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about outdoor environments, construction, and horticulture to grow their skills. Duties Mobilizing a landscape crew and managing time and materials for each service Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to maintain healthy turf Conduct landscape maintenance activities including pruning, tree trimming, mulching, and irrigation system installation or repair Operate hand tools and power tools safely for various landscaping tasks Support snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safe access and pathways Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris, leaves, and waste materials Skills Mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot landscaping equipment and power tools effectively Ability to safely operate a truck and 20' enclosed trailer on a daily basis Experience with lawn care, gardening, and general landscape maintenance techniques Familiarity with landscaping principles including horticulture practices Ability to use hand tools such as shovels, pruners, rakes, and wheelbarrows confidently Knowledge of irrigation systems setup and repair for efficient water management Understanding of tree care including trimming, planting, and health assessment Strong physical stamina to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions Construction experience related to landscape projects is a plus Ability to follow safety protocols while operating machinery like excavators or snow plows Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in landscaping and horticulture Commercial Applicator license is a plus Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts help transform outdoor spaces into beautiful environments!
