Key Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of community grounds, breezeways, and common areas.

Remove trash, debris, and other hazards throughout the property.

Assist with landscaping duties, lawn care, and general exterior upkeep.

Perform power washing of walkways, breezeways, patios, and exterior surfaces as needed.

Support the maintenance team with basic property upkeep projects.

Prepare vacant apartments by removing debris and assisting with light cleaning tasks.

Monitor the property to ensure it remains safe, clean, and visually appealing.

Provide excellent support to onsite staff and contribute to a positive community environment.

Qualifications

Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, janitorial, or general labor experience preferred.

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean property.

Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.

Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
