We are seeking a skilled and dependable Groundsman to join our team immediately.
Position Overview Groundsman:
Supports daily operations including pruning, removals, and site cleanup. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, teamwork, and contributing to a high-performing crew. Key Responsibilities Perform tree pruning and removals of all sizes and species Execute rigging and roping in confined, no-damage environments Work collaboratively and professionally with team members Maintain equipment, tools, and overall job-site organization Uphold a professional attitude and company image at all times Assist in training and mentoring team members while continuing to learn working with techology and app based programs for communication & job information Qualifications Minimum 2 years of tree service experience Strong knowledge of professional tree care operations Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Experience operating chainsaws, chippers, rigging systems, and aerial lifts Understanding of ANSI and OSHA safety standards Valid driver's license required (CDL preferred) Professional references required What We Offer $22.50-$50.00/hour, depending on experience Consistent, year-round work Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth and advancementJob Type:
