Job Description

Requirements and Responsibilities:

Must be proficient in light plumbing and electrical.
Basic knowledge of carpentry, framing, drywall, concrete, sanding, tile, flooring.
Installing household items & maintaining grounds and appearance of the property.
Farm animal care; feeding and maintaining as needed.
On-call for emergencies. Good communication skills.
Familiarity with basic hardware tools and electrical equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
