Job Description
Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Must be proficient in light plumbing and electrical.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, framing, drywall, concrete, sanding, tile, flooring.
- Installing household items & maintaining grounds and appearance of the property.
- Farm animal care; feeding and maintaining as needed.
- On-call for emergencies. Good communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic hardware tools and electrical equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
