TECHNICIAN 1

Full-Time | Lawn & Landscape Maintenance We are a growing professional lawn and landscape maintenance company focused on building efficient crews, dense service routes, consistent quality, and long-term customer relationships. We are currently hiring a Technician 1 to join our field operations team. This position is designed for someone who is dependable, works well with a team, takes pride in quality work, and wants an opportunity to grow within a structured company. Position Overview As a Technician 1, you will work as part of a professional field crew providing recurring lawn and property maintenance services to residential customers. Your job is not simply to complete tasks. You are responsible for helping the crew deliver safe, efficient, consistent, high-quality service at every property. Primary Responsibilities Perform professional lawn mowing Operate string trimmers, edgers, blowers, and other commercial lawn equipment Maintain clean and properly edged turf areas Assist with plant bed and garden maintenance Perform weeding, pruning, trimming, cleanup, and general property maintenance Load, unload, and organize equipment and materials Maintain clean trucks, equipment, and work areas Follow established service procedures and property instructions Work efficiently with other crew members to complete daily routes Identify property issues and communicate them to the Crew Leader Help maintain company quality standards at every property Follow all company safety and equipment procedures What We Expect We are looking for someone who: Shows up consistently and on time Has a strong work ethic Can work efficiently without sacrificing quality Takes direction and accepts coaching Works well as part of a crew Treats customers and their properties professionally Takes care of company vehicles, tools, and equipment Can work outdoors in Florida weather Understands that production, safety, quality, and teamwork all matter Wants to improve their skills and earn additional responsibility Physical Requirements This is an active outdoor position.

Applicants should be capable of:

Working outdoors for extended periods Walking and standing throughout the workday Regular bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling Safely operating commercial lawn and landscape equipment Lifting and carrying materials and equipment as required Working in heat, humidity, and changing weather conditions Experience Previous lawn care, landscaping, grounds maintenance, or equipment experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider candidates who demonstrate strong reliability, work ethic, and willingness to learn. Commercial equipment experience is a plus. Schedule Full-time position Primarily weekday work Approximately 4-5 working days per week depending on route requirements, weather, and company growth Employees must be prepared for physically demanding outdoor work and production-based schedules Additional hours may become available based on workload and operational needs

Compensation & Advancement Starting Pay:

$17-$20 per hour , depending on experience, skill level, reliability, and demonstrated ability.
