+ Landscape Co. is looking for a dependable, hardworking part-time Landscape Installation Crew Member to join our growing team in Southwest Florida. We specialize in creating and improving beautiful outdoor spaces for homeowners throughout the area. Our work includes landscape installations, sod, mulch, plants, seasonal enhancements, property improvements, and other outdoor projects. What You'll Be Doing You'll work alongside our team assisting with: Installing sod, mulch, plants, shrubs, and landscaping materials Preparing landscape beds and job sites Removing existing plants, grass, and landscaping when needed Loading and unloading materials Spreading soil, mulch, rock, and other materials Planting and basic landscape installation Job-site cleanup Using basic landscaping tools and equipment Helping ensure every property is left clean and professionally finished What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Is dependable and shows up on time Has a strong work ethic Is comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather Can perform physical work and lift approximately 50+ lbs. Takes pride in doing quality work Can follow directions and work well with a small team or work independently. Is respectful around customers and their properties Has reliable transportation to work Landscape or construction experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. A valid driver's license and experience operating landscaping equipment are a plus. Schedule Part-Time Hours will vary depending on scheduled projects.
