We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining and enhancing the beauty of various landscapes. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to lawn care, garden maintenance, and hardscaping, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards. Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and fertilizing. Utilize hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks. Dig and prepare areas for planting or hardscape installation. Assist in hardscape projects such as building patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Conduct tree trimming and pruning to maintain healthy growth and aesthetics. Demonstrate mechanical knowledge by operating landscaping equipment safely. Maintain gardens by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees according to design specifications. Build landscape features such as raised beds or decorative elements as directed. Participate in snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties. Experience Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hand tools and landscaping equipment is a plus. Basic mechanical knowledge related to landscape machinery is advantageous. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor as needed. A willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to landscaping is essential.
