Job Description

William Quinn & Sons has been maintaining properties across Chicago's south and west suburbs since 1951 — three generations, same family, same yard on 127th Street in Alsip. We work on premium residential and commercial accounts, and we're looking to add crew members who know their way around the equipment and take pride in how a property looks when they leave it. What you'll be doing: Mowing with stand-on and walk-behind mowers String trimming and edging Shrub and hedge trimming Blowing down and cleaning up sites Spring and fall cleanups Turf and pesticide application work is available for anyone with that background What we're looking for: Hands-on experience operating commercial mowers, string trimmers, and backpack blowers An eye for detail — clean edges, straight lines, and a site left better than you found it Able to work outdoors in heat and cold Reliable transportation to our Alsip yard for a 7:00 AM start Dependable — your crew and our customers are counting on you being there What we offer: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on your experience, reviewed at 30 days Full-time, Monday through Friday, paid weekly Overtime paid at time and a half when available Year-round work — our snow division keeps our people working through the winter Paid time off Monthly employee party days — we take care of the people who take care of our customers Room to move up to crew leader for the right person How to apply: Apply in person at 3860 W. 127th St., Alsip, IL 60803, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
