You'll be out in the field caring for residential, commercial, and public landscapes — mowing, planting, shaping, and keeping things looking sharp. No experience? No problem — we're willing to train the right people who bring the hustle and want to learn. This is a great way to build real, hands-on skills in horticulture, landscaping, and outdoor maintenance — and it doesn't stop when summer does. We're gearing up for snow removal too, so there's work lined up all winter long, plus extra ways to earn along the way. What You'll Be Doing Mowing, edging, and trimming to keep lawns looking their best Planting, pruning, and caring for shrubs so everything thrives Getting hands-on with hand tools and power tools — safely and efficiently Jumping into snow plowing once winter rolls in — steady work year-round What We're Looking For Lawn care experience is a plus — but not required, we'll train you Interest in landscaping, planting, pruning, tree care, or horticulture Comfortable (or willing to learn) using mowers, trimmers, and blowers A good attitude and willingness to work hard outdoors Winter Perks Retention bonus for crew members who stay on through the full snow season Bonus pay for working consecutive snow events back-to-back

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
