at TopSide Marinas in Waukegan, Illinois, United States Job Description The Yard Crew's responsibility is to perform the duties below on a regular basis and meet customer satisfaction standards as well as company performance and safety requirements. This is a seasonal position October 1 - November 15 with possibility of transitioning to a permanent position. This position requires the team member to work 5 days per week and 8 hours per day.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Powerwashing bottom of boats Moving boat blocks and stands Moving and launching boats, checking and safely securing boats moored at the docks Demonstrate good judgment and problem-solving skills and abilities Perform other duties as assigned or apparent

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
