We just ask for someone willing to learn our methods & have some basic overall knowledge of hands on work, along with a good positive attitude. Duties include but are not limited to: Dock maintenance and repairs, gas dock attendant, landscaping, painting, buffing & waxing boats, pressure washing, basic mechanical repairs, basic plumbing/electrical knowledge, basic power/hand tool knowledge, snow plowing, snow shoveling. Maintaining a clean organized work environment. You must be willing to work weekends even more so in the summer. November to February is more flexible for time off/away. Long term career options available to all aspects relating to marina operations. Potential for growth in boat repairs & maintenance, sales, service, etc. We offer 401k Matching after 1 year of employment. We offer health insurance at 50/50.
