The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of our landscapes and grounds. This role requires a strong attention to detail, a passion for outdoor work, and proficiency in using various tools and equipment. As a Groundskeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our outdoor spaces are well-kept and inviting. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including trimming, and edging lawns. Utilize power tools and hand tools to maintain gardens, flower beds, and other landscaped areas. Irrigate plants and lawns as needed to ensure optimal growth and health. Conduct regular inspections of the grounds to identify areas needing repair or enhancement. Maintain equipment used for groundskeeping activities to ensure safety and efficiency. Assist in planting, transplanting, and caring for trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants. Clear debris from walkways, parking lots, and other areas to maintain cleanliness. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred. Familiarity with power tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods. Knowledge of lawn care techniques, irrigation systems, and garden maintenance practices. Strong attention to detail with an ability to work independently or as part of a team. A valid driver's license may be required depending on job location.
