You will have lots of opportunity for promotions, bonuses and raises if interested in a long term/full time position that includes landscape lighitng. . Responsibilities include but are not limited to digging, burying wire, assembling, repairing and wiring landscape lighting fixtures, organizing inventory, installing and removing Christmas lights. All applicants must have reliable transportation to and from the Castleton office and a valid driver's license. Company vehicles are provided for transportion to job sites. Employees must listen and follow direction. Training is provided, no experience is necessary. Employees must be willing and able to work outside year round and inclement weather. Uniforms are provided as well as all needs for inclement weather. Breakfast/lunch & snacks are provided as well. There is an opportunity to move towards a salary position once training is complete. We are looking for part time and/or full time employees that are willing to work weekdays and are also looking for people that are open to working weekends. Employees must be willing to work in a team environment. We are a locally owned and operated small business and training is provided by the owner. Hours are typically 8-4 but can vary during peak seasons or inclement weather. Christmas light season (mid September through early December) will likely have longer days and occasional weekends that you may be required to work. Background checks are required. Some (not all) criminal offenses will automatically disqualify you from a position with us. Please be upfront and honest in order to be considered.
