Dick Ray Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced Underground Sales Specialist to join our team. We're seeking a motivated professional who understands residential sewer systems, can confidently diagnose issues, plan replacements, and provide homeowners with solutions they can trust. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven sewer sales experience who is looking to grow with a company that values integrity, teamwork, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Diagnose residential sewer and mainline issues. Locate and mark sewer lines for replacement. Develop sewer replacement plans based on field conditions. Present repair and replacement options to homeowners. Build trust through honest recommendations and excellent customer service. Coordinate with installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Maintain accurate job documentation and communication throughout the sales process. Qualifications Experience selling residential sewer replacements. Strong knowledge of underground sewer systems. Ability to locate and mark sewer lines. Experience planning residential sewer replacement projects. Excellent communication, organization, and closing skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
