Job Summary:

Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club is seeking a Golf Equipment Operator to join our team and help maintain our Nicklaus-designed championship golf course. This position offers full-time or part-time opportunities and involves operating various types of turf equipment including mowers, utility vehicles, tractors, and small tools. Training is provided—no prior experience necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a variety of equipment used for daily golf course maintenance
• Mow greens, tees, fairways, and rough using reel or rotary mowers
• Rake bunkers using mechanical or manual tools
• Maintain native and rough areas
• Follow directions from the superintendent and assist with special projects
• Check and replenish fluid levels daily on equipment
• Operate utility vehicles, blowers, and front-end loaders
• Use tractors with PTO attachments for various tasks
• Return and clean equipment after use
• Adhere to all safety procedures and work practices

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Regularly required to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, or bend
• Comfortable working in various outdoor conditions (rain, heat, sun)
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
