Job Description
Job Summary:
Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club is seeking a Golf Equipment Operator to join our team and help maintain our Nicklaus-designed championship golf course. This position offers full-time or part-time opportunities and involves operating various types of turf equipment including mowers, utility vehicles, tractors, and small tools. Training is provided—no prior experience necessary.Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of equipment used for daily golf course maintenance
- Mow greens, tees, fairways, and rough using reel or rotary mowers
- Rake bunkers using mechanical or manual tools
- Maintain native and rough areas
- Follow directions from the superintendent and assist with special projects
- Check and replenish fluid levels daily on equipment
- Operate utility vehicles, blowers, and front-end loaders
- Use tractors with PTO attachments for various tasks
- Return and clean equipment after use
- Adhere to all safety procedures and work practices
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- Regularly required to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, or bend
- Comfortable working in various outdoor conditions (rain, heat, sun)
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

- Weekend and holiday availability required
