Tranol LLC, located in York, Maine, is in need of 14 Cleanup Workers .
Job location:
13 Granite Lane, York, ME 03909, and multiple worksites throughout York County, Maine. 11/20/2026-4/1/2027. Cutting and clearing brush on properties. Leveling land using rakes and shovels. Loading and unloading debris onto trucks. Performing snow removal from driveways, walkways, and patios. To clarify, the workers will use hand-pushed walk behind snow blowers, shovels, brooms to remove snow from driveways, walkways, and patios. Removing snow and ice from residential and commercial properties. Cleaning up debris from homes and commercial properties, including removing storm-related debris from buildings and surrounding grounds. 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., days vary Monday-Friday. 35 hours per week. Work is temporary full-time employment. $20.52-$25.00/hour. Overtime $30.78-$37.50/hour. May get up to 10 hours of overtime per week when available. Wage based on tenure and employer discretion. Bonus may be given based on performance. No experience necessary. Workers are paid bi-weekly. A single workweek will be used to compute wages. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers, at no charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. The worker will be provided with or reimbursed for transportation and subsistence (including reasonable cost of overnight lodging where necessary) at a rate of $16.78 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day , with receipts, from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50 percent of the period of employment covered by the job order, consistent with 20 CFR 655.20(j)(1)(i) , by inclusion in the paycheck for the applicable workweek. Employer will provide or pay for the worker's cost of return transportation and daily subsistence from the place of employment to the place from which the worker, disregarding intervening employment, departed to work for the employer, if the worker completes the certified period of employment or is dismissed from employment for any reason by the employer before the end of the period, consistent with 20 CFR 655.20(j)(1)(ii). Employer will provide daily transportation to and from the worksite(s) from the employer's office. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). The employer will provide workers all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job at no charge to the worker, in accordance with 20 CFR 655.20(k). The three-fourths guarantee, offering the worker employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of each 12-week period, if the period of employment covered by the job order is 120 or more days, or each 6-week period, if the period of employment covered by the job order is less than 120 days, in accordance with 20 CFR 655.20(l). This is in connection with an H-2B job order.
