Position Status:
Full-time Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to use computer. Knowledge of electronic email and work order system. Ordering of custodial supplies for building(s). Job Specific Required Qualifications Ability to perform the job functions for an eight (8) hour day, five (5) days a week to include: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, stretching, lifting up to 50 lbs., reaching, pulling, pushing, carrying, climbing, jumping, running, sitting, sweeping, climbing stairs, working outdoors, and safely handling power equipment. Ability to successfully complete online Bloodborne Pathogens and all other required training. Demonstrated initiative and good independent judgment. Experience in training other custodians in methods and equipment operation and care. Experience in team/project coordination. Understanding and commitment to
