Full Job Description Maintenance/Groundskeeper Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated handy man, with Maintenance/Groundskeeper experience to join our team. As a Maintenance/Groundskeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and repair functionality of the in house and outdoor spaces. Responsibilities:

perform various repairs and maintenance services as needed plumbing / dry wall general needs pertaining to handy man and room services

• Use power tools and hand tools to maintain in and outdoor areas and repair
• Perform various landscaping tasks including maintenance,
