Full Job Description Maintenance/Groundskeeper Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated handy man, with Maintenance/Groundskeeper experience to join our team. As a Maintenance/Groundskeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and repair functionality of the in house and outdoor spaces. If you have a passion for repairing and landscaping we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:
perform various repairs and maintenance services as needed plumbing / dry wall general needs pertaining to handy man and room services- Use power tools and hand tools to maintain in and outdoor areas and repair
- Perform various landscaping tasks including maintenance,
- Utilize and to trim trees, shrubs, and hedges.
- Conduct regular duties such as mowing, edging, and fertilizing.
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the grounds by picking up trash and debris.
- Assist in planting flowers, trees, and other plants.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in or landscaping.
