Overview We are seeking energetic and dedicated General Labor - Landscapers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be actively involved in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through landscaping, grounds maintenance, and equipment operation. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure our clients' landscapes are vibrant, healthy, and well-kept. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop outdoor work skills while contributing to beautiful environments. Responsibilities Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing lawns, trimming trees, pruning shrubs, and planting flowers or new greenery Operate grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment such as power tools, mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently Identify various plants and trees to ensure proper care and health of landscape features Apply pesticides responsibly following safety protocols to protect plants from pests and diseases Maintain hardscape features like pathways, patios, or retaining walls to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal Follow safety procedures diligently during all outdoor activities to prevent accidents or injuries Support irrigation system installation, repair, or adjustments to ensure optimal watering schedules for different landscapes Skills Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment operation and maintenance Experience with landscape maintenance including mowing, gardening, tree care, and hardscape upkeep Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in outdoor work environments Ability to identify plants, trees, pests, and common landscape issues accurately Knowledge of pesticide management practices aligned with safety standards Understanding of irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting techniques Strong adherence to safety protocols during all outdoor tasks Previous outdoor work experience demonstrating reliability and physical stamina Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant landscapes!
