Responsibilities:

Routine upkeep of parking lot and areas surrounding the buildings Garbage/Trash disposal Pressure washing and sweeping walkways and parking lot.

Requirements:

Must be able to work in all weather conditions-Rain or Shine/Hot and Cold A strong work ethic The ability to work alone.
