On-Site Property Caretaker (Must Live On Site) Edgewater Estates, 5 Howard Street, Wilton, NH 03086 About the job SK Management Company is hiring an on-site property caretaker for Edgewater Estates, a 33-unit apartment community. We're looking for a motivated self-starter who takes pride in their work and can keep the building and grounds in great shape with little supervision. Pay Rent-free apartment and free utilities at Edgewater Estates.
