Responsibilities:

Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
Install hardscaping projects such as sidewalks, retaining walls, and patios
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues with plants or landscaping features
Operate and maintain various hand tools and equipment used in landscaping
Assist with snow plowing and removal during the winter months
Collaborate with team members to complete landscaping projects on time and to client's specifications

Skills:

Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices
Experience with snow plowing and removal
Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment and hand tools
Knowledge of lawn care techniques, including mowing, fertilizing, and weed control
Familiarity with tree care and trimming methods
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
