Responsibilities:

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
• Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
• Install hardscaping projects such as sidewalks, retaining walls, and patios
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues with plants or landscaping features
• Operate and maintain various hand tools and equipment used in landscaping
• Assist with snow plowing and removal during the winter months
• Collaborate with team members to complete landscaping projects on time and to client's specifications

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices
• Experience with snow plowing and removal
• Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment and hand tools
• Knowledge of lawn care techniques, including mowing, fertilizing, and weed control
• Familiarity with tree care and trimming methods
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
