Description:

• Perform general landscaping tasks such as installing mulch, weeding and edging garden beds, trimming bushes, light tree work, and installing paver patios.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
• Full time hours from April through November.

March and December are typically part time schedules, while January and February are mostly dependent on snowplowing and salting.

Experience:

• No experience necessary.
• Applicants with green industry experience may have more opportunities to begin, only if the below criteria is met.

Requirements:

• A positive attitude is the most important requirement for this position. Negativity will not be tolerated.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues without help from management. We do NOT micro manage. You are expected to collaborate with teammates throughout the day to make decisions.
• Attention to detail to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently, with customer satisfaction in mind.
• Work 5 days per week, showing up on time, everyday.
