- Perform general landscaping tasks such as installing mulch, weeding and edging garden beds, trimming bushes, light tree work, and installing paver patios.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
- Full time hours from April through November.
Experience:
- No experience necessary.
- Applicants with green industry experience may have more opportunities to begin, only if the below criteria is met.
Requirements:
- A positive attitude is the most important requirement for this position. Negativity will not be tolerated.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues without help from management. We do NOT micro manage. You are expected to collaborate with teammates throughout the day to make decisions.
- Attention to detail to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently, with customer satisfaction in mind.
- Work 5 days per week, showing up on time, everyday.
Pay:
$20.00- $30.
