Responsibilities Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools to maintain lawns and landscaped areas. Perform landscape maintenance tasks including edging, pruning, planting, and mulching to enhance the aesthetic appeal of outdoor spaces. Assist with tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth. Support snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safe access and clear pathways. Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge with experience operating hand tools and power equipment. Familiarity with lawn care practices, landscape maintenance, and gardening techniques. Experience working with landscaping machinery such as excavators or snow plows is a plus. Ability to follow safety procedures diligently while operating equipment. Strong work ethic with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent teamwork skills and a proactive attitude toward learning new skills related to construction, hardscape installation, or irrigation systems.
