Full Job Description Job Summary Join our dynamic maintenance team as a Mowing & Maintenance Crew Member, where your hands-on skills and passion for outdoor care will help create beautiful, well-maintained landscapes. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining lawns, gardens, and various landscape features, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will contribute to transforming outdoor spaces into inviting environments that inspire pride and satisfaction. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscape maintenance while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Responsibilities Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools to maintain lawns and landscaped areas. Perform landscape maintenance tasks including edging, pruning, planting, and mulching to enhance the aesthetic appeal of outdoor spaces. Assist with tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth. Support snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safe access and clear pathways. Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge with experience operating hand tools and power equipment. Familiarity with lawn care practices, landscape maintenance, and gardening techniques. Experience working with landscaping machinery such as excavators or snow plows is a plus. Ability to follow safety procedures diligently while operating equipment. Strong work ethic with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent teamwork skills and a proactive attitude toward learning new skills related to construction, hardscape installation, or irrigation systems.
