Landscaper / Lawn Maintenance Crew Member servicing properties in Saratoga Springs NY Position Overview We are looking for a dependable, hardworking landscaper to join our lawn and landscape maintenance team. This position is best suited for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, works efficiently, and wants to be part of a professional company that takes quality and customer service seriously. You will work alongside the owner and other crew members to maintain residential and commercial properties throughout the season. Our goal is to provide consistent, high-quality service while maintaining good communication with our customers. Responsibilities Perform weekly lawn mowing and lawn maintenance String trim and edge lawns, sidewalks, driveways, and landscape areas Blow off driveways, walkways, patios, and other hard surfaces Perform spring cleanups and dethatching Perform fall cleanups and leaf removal Trim shrubs and bushes Install mulch and other landscape materials Assist with planting and landscape installation projects Load, unload, and properly maintain landscaping equipment Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and organized Follow daily schedules and complete work efficiently Maintain a clean and professional appearance at customer properties Communicate with the owner/crew leader regarding property conditions or customer concerns Follow company procedures for equipment operation and jobsite safety What We Are Looking For Dependable and punctual Hardworking and willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Takes pride in doing quality work Pays attention to detail Able to work independently and as part of a team Able to follow instructions and complete jobs correctly Good attitude and professional demeanor Previous landscaping experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Valid driver's license Ability to safely operate commercial landscaping equipment is a plus What We Expect We are a small, professional landscaping company, and every employee plays an important role in the quality of service our customers receive.

The job requires the ability to: Work on your feet for extended periods Lift and carry landscaping materials and equipment Frequently bend, kneel, push, pull, and reach Work in hot, cold, and wet weather Safely operate landscaping equipment Schedule Seasonal position with hours varying based on weather, workload, and time of year.
