Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Crew Member and become a vital part of creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces! In this energetic role, you will assist with landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and landscaping projects that transform outdoor environments. Your enthusiasm for outdoor work, combined with your willingness to learn and follow safety protocols, will help ensure our projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in horticulture, equipment operation, and outdoor maintenance while contributing to vibrant community spaces. Duties Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and pruning to keep outdoor areas healthy and attractive Operate grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment such as power tools, lawnmowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems safely and effectively Support tree trimming, hardscape installation, and garden bed preparation to enhance landscape aesthetics Use hand tools for planting, digging, edging, and other landscaping activities with precision and care Identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to ensure proper care and pest management practices are followed Maintain safety protocols during all outdoor activities to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment Help with irrigation system installation and troubleshooting to promote healthy plant growth Requirements Prior outdoor work experience or a strong interest in landscaping and groundskeeping Basic mechanical knowledge of gardening tools, power tools, and irrigation systems Familiarity with plant identification, horticulture principles, and pesticide management is a plus Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols Strong physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions Excellent teamwork skills and a proactive attitude toward learning new skills Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of grounds maintenance Embark on a rewarding journey where your hands-on skills make a real impact!
