Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy Operate groundskeeping and landscaping equipment such as power tools, lawn mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems with precision and safety in mind Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers to ensure proper care and pest management Maintain hardscape features like pathways, patios, retaining walls, and decorative elements to enhance aesthetic appeal Manage irrigation systems effectively to ensure optimal watering schedules and conserve water resources Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and safety around outdoor spaces Follow safety protocols rigorously during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents and injuries Requirements Proven outdoor work experience with groundskeeping or landscaping tasks preferred Mechanical knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment operation is essential Strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices including lawn care, gardening, pest control, and plant identification Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently in various weather conditions Knowledge of irrigation systems installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance is highly desirable Familiarity with horticulture principles to support plant health and landscape design efforts Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow safety procedures diligently Physical stamina for active outdoor work including lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful retreats!
