Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and lawn maintenance, demonstrating mechanical knowledge and proficiency in using various tools and equipment. This role involves working outdoors, performing essential tasks to maintain and enhance the beauty of residential and commercial properties. Duties Perform lawn care activities including mowing, trimming, and edging to ensure well-maintained landscapes. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as zero turn mowers, weed whips and leaf blowers. Assist in landscape maintenance tasks including planting, weeding, and irrigation system management. Maintain equipment by conducting regular inspections and performing minor repairs as necessary. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while ensuring high-quality standards. Provide snow plowing services during winter months to ensure safe access for clients. Qualifications At least 1 Year of Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or horticulture is required. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various landscaping equipment safely. Familiarity with gardening practices and landscape maintenance techniques. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while performing physical tasks. Knowledge of irrigation systems and their maintenance is a plus. A valid driver's license is required for transportation to job sites. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration and customer service.
