Job Description

Join Our Turf Team Southpointe Golf Club is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Grounds Maintenance Turf Team. We are hiring for both full-time year-round and seasonal roles. Help us maintain our championship course and enjoy flexible early morning shifts.

Pay and Schedule Wage:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour (based on experience).

Hours:

Early morning starts, including alternating weekend shifts. Key Responsibilities Mow greens, tees, fairways, and roughs. Operate specialized turf equipment and utility vehicles. Maintain bunkers by raking and edging. Assist with course setup, moving cups, and tee markers. Perform string trimming, weeding, and debris cleanup. Support irrigation repairs and drainage projects. Qualifications and Skills Experience in landscaping or golf course maintenance preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Reliability to arrive on time for early morning shifts. Teamwork mindset with strong attention to detail. Valid driver's license is required. Benefits and Perks Lunch provided daily by the club.
