Job Description
Growing Seasons Landscaping is a family-owned business based in Canonsburg, PA, serving the Greater Pittsburgh area and tri-state region with a wide range of outdoor services, including landscaping, hardscaping, maintenance, snow removal, oil and gas, forestry, and trucking. As a Landscape Team Member, you will be part of a supportive and experienced crew committed to delivering high-quality results. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, value teamwork, and are eager to learn and grow within the landscaping industry. Responsibilities Collaborate with team members to complete landscaping projects such as mulching, pruning, planting, and landscape installation Safely operate and maintain basic landscaping tools and equipment Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment Prepare job sites and perform cleanup to ensure a safe and organized work area Follow instructions from the Landscape Foreman and crew leaders to meet company standards Support seasonal snow removal and winter maintenance tasks during the off-season Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic while representing the company Qualifications Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience is a plus, but not required Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Capable of performing physical labor, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team Valid drivers license preferred Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (eligible the first of the month following 60 days of employment) Employer-Paid Employee Assistance Program (available on Day 1) Short-Term Disability, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, and Accident Insurance Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) after 6 months of employment Company-Paid Life Insurance after 6 months of employment 401(k) Retirement Plan after 1 year of employment Medical Flexible Spending Account (FSA) available during Open Enrollment after 1 year of employment Opportunities for growth, advancement, and ongoing training Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment MVR check, criminal background check, and drug screen.
