Job Summary Searching for landscaping/ laborer experience and valid driver license. Transportation to and from the shop or jobsite required. We work Only in the South Hills Of Pittsburgh. PAID Working Interviews are available. Experience with truck and trailer, lawn crew, stand on mower, any other machines skid steer, excavator etc. Everything along the lines of Landscaping and hardscaping. Pay is based on experience shown, knowledge and skill of workmanship/ quality of work performed, being on time, get jobs done on a timely basis. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional landscaping services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for landscape design and maintenance. This role involves overseeing various landscaping projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscaping crew, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. Plan and execute landscape designs, including planting, irrigation installation, and maintenance of gardens. Oversee lawn care operations, including mowing, fertilization, and pest control. Manage landscape maintenance tasks such as pruning, tree care, and seasonal clean-up. Ensure proper use of tools and equipment; provide training on safety practices to all team members. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines. Experience Proven experience in landscape management or groundskeeping with a focus on leadership roles. Strong knowledge of horticulture practices including garden design, irrigation systems, and plant care. Familiarity with lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance best practices. Ability to build effective teams while fostering a positive work environment. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
