Manage landscape maintenance tasks such as pruning, tree care, and seasonal clean-up. Ensure proper use of tools and equipment; provide training on safety practices to all team members. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines. Experience Proven experience in landscape management or groundskeeping with a focus on leadership roles. Strong knowledge of horticulture practices including garden design, irrigation systems, and plant care. Familiarity with lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance best practices. Ability to build effective teams while fostering a positive work environment. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
