What You'll Be Doing:

• Mowing and routine lawn maintenance
• Softscaping (mulch, plant installs, trimming, bed work, weeding, clean ups
• Hardscaping (pavers, retaining walls, edging, installs)
• Working as part of a team to make properties look their absolute best

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in mowing, softscape or hardscape work (one or all is great)
• Someone who shows up on time, works hard and can work on a team
• Takes pride in quality work and clean finishes
• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
• Ability to follow direction but also work independently when needed
• Communication skill, respectful of person, property and work
• Accountability and honesty with fellow workers and management
