Job Description
Mowing Crew Member - Bennett's Backyard (Central PA) Full-Time | Pay Dependent on Experience Bennett's Backyard, a 25 year landscape and hardscape company serving Central PA, is seeking a reliable Mowing Crew Member with professional lawn‑care experience. We pride ourselves on clean, consistent results and dependable service — and we're looking for someone who takes pride in doing the job right. What You'll Do Operate commercial mowing equipment, including a 48" walk‑behind mower (required) Perform trimming, edging, blowing, and general lawn maintenance Maintain clean, professional results on residential and commercial properties Follow daily route schedules and complete jobs efficiently Conduct basic equipment checks and report maintenance needs Work safely, professionally, and as part of a team What We're Looking For Experience running a 48" walk‑behind mower (required) Prior professional mowing or grounds maintenance experience Strong attention to detail and pride in clean finishes Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work are required Compensation Pay dependent on experience Opportunities for overtime during peak season Potential for advancement as the company grows Why Work With Us At Bennett's Backyard, we value reliability, communication, and a positive team environment.
