Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Landscaper/Groundskeeper to maintain and enhance the beauty and health of outdoor spaces. In this role, you will be responsible for performing landscape maintenance, operating groundskeeping equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers to ensure proper care and health of landscaping features. Apply pesticides and fertilizers following safety protocols to protect plants from pests and promote healthy growth. Conduct regular groundskeeping inspections to identify maintenance needs or hazards, ensuring safety standards are upheld. Maintain all landscaping tools and equipment in good working condition through routine cleaning and minor repairs. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and power tools. Proven experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or groundskeeping roles. Ability to operate lawn mowers, trimmers, irrigation systems, and other groundskeeping machinery safely. Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture practices, and pesticide management. Familiarity with outdoor work environments and adherence to safety protocols at all times. Skilled in tree trimming, lawn care, gardening techniques, and general grounds maintenance.
