Job Description
Seasonal Part-Time Grounds & Property Maintenance Assistant EverGreene is looking for a dependable, hardworking part-time seasonal team member to assist with a variety of outdoor property maintenance and marketing tasks. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in doing quality work and represents themselves and the company with professionalism. Responsibilities Distribute company flyers and marketing materials throughout assigned areas Deliver & install mulch Remove leaves and perform seasonal cleanup Perform light power washing Safely operate company vehicles and equipment as needed Maintain a clean, professional appearance while representing EverGreene Follow directions, work efficiently, and complete tasks to a high standard Additional hours and responsibilities may be available for dependable employees as seasonal work increases Qualifications Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record Must be able to pass a drug screening Must provide good references, they will be checked Experience driving a trailer Reliable, punctual, and responsible Strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors Able to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, walking, raking, mulching, and operating light equipment Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior landscaping, property maintenance, or power-washing experience is helpful but not required Who We Are At EverGreene , we believe in integrity, respect, and a strong work ethic .
