Job Description
Ramirez Lawn & Sprinkler is an established landscape and irrigation contractor based in Canyon, TX. We specialize in commercial landscape and sprinkler installation on large-scale projects throughout the Texas Panhandle. This is a seasonal position tied to our commercial installation workload. While we invest heavily in training and skill development, employment is based on project demand and is not year-round or guaranteed beyond the season. We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals who take pride in producing quality work. We believe in training our employees, developing valuable trade skills, and providing a workplace built on respect, accountability, and teamwork. - Experience with irrigation or sprinkler installation/repair is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person.
- Able to work independently, stay productive, and recognize what needs to be done without constant supervision.
- Takes ownership of assigned work and follows it through to completion.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to doing the job correctly—not just quickly.
- Able to manage time effectively while maintaining quality and keeping pace with the crew.
- Comfortable operating company trucks and pulling trailers (or willing to learn). Job Requirements
- Dependable attendance is non-negotiable. We expect employees to arrive on time and be available to work a consistent 40-hour work week.
- Valid Texas driver's license.
- Reliable transportation and dependable communication.
- Able to perform physically demanding work outdoors in all weather conditions, including lifting moderate to heavy materials throughout the day.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to contribute to a team environment. Schedule

- Occasional weekend work may be available.
- Typical shifts are 8-10 hours depending on workload and project location.
