The role also includes ensuring that the family vehicles are safe, clean, fueled and ready for use. Responsibilities include, but not be limited to, groundskeeping & manicuring entrance and yard, cleaning windows and gutters, washing hardscapes, pruning, washing and servicing vehicles, garage cleaning and organization, organizing household equipment/toys/bikes, etc. Daily cleaning of turf, softscapes, hardscapes and pet waste disposal. Irrigation system and exterior lighting knowledge is preferred. The Caretaker is required to travel between family properties to perform above duties. The ideal candidate is handy, technically skilled, detail-oriented and a self-starter with a preventative maintenance mindset. Reporting Structure Caretaker reports to Property Operations Manager Regular Interfaces Owners Technical Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with basic tools, yard equipment and vehicles Behavioral Qualifications

• Ability to maintain confidentiality with respect to all properties including their size, location, value, possessions, and expenses

Pay:
