Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

To recommend and implement improvements to the physical exterior which benefit marketing and leasing To assist residents with special To demonstrate ability to resolve physical problems for the community Other duties as assigned, which employee is capable of performing Education and Work Experience Requirements High School Diploma / GED 2+ years of grounds experience preferred Multifamily experience preferred

Pay Rate:

$17.00 - $18.00
