We, the Envolve Client Services Group team are recruiting friendly self-motivated individuals with positive attitudes and a drive to succeed, to join our growing company. We currently searching for part time Groundskeeper candidates for La Vista.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Cleaning grounds on a continual, daily Responsible for the exterior curb appeal To report any physical damage or concerns about the exterior to the Community Light maintenance improvements as necessary to physical Help create and maintain at all times a company direction designed to develop loyalty, team spirit and unity of all Envolve To work with Manager and leasing personnel to determine high visibility areas with special To assist office staff with special leasing programs involving the exterior of the grounds of the property. To recommend and implement improvements to the physical exterior which benefit marketing and leasing To assist residents with special To demonstrate ability to resolve physical problems for the community Other duties as assigned, which employee is capable of performing Education and Work Experience Requirements High School Diploma / GED 2+ years of grounds experience preferred Multifamily experience preferred
Pay Rate:
$17.00 - $18.00

Training and Development EOE:
