Landscape Laborer /

Crew Member Pay:

$20-$30/hour depending on experience Hintz's Lawn & Landscaping is looking to add a reliable, hardworking Landscape Laborer/Crew Member to our team. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up every day, works well with a crew, and wants steady work with a growing company. This is a physical, hands-on position. We are not looking for someone who just needs a temporary job. We want someone dependable who wants to work, learn, and become a valuable part of our crew. What You'll Be Doing Landscape installation and renovation Planting trees, shrubs, and perennials Installing decorative stone, mulch, edging, and landscape fabric Grading, topsoil, seed, and sod installation Retaining wall and drainage work Shrub trimming and property cleanups Operating wheelbarrows, compact equipment, and other landscaping tools Loading/unloading trucks and trailers Keeping jobsites, trucks, and equipment clean and organized What We're Looking For Dependable attendance is a must Shows up on time and ready to work Strong work ethic and able to work outdoors all day Professional and respectful around customers and their property Able to take direction without needing constant supervision Works well with a crew and has a good attitude Takes care of company trucks, tools, and equipment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Landscaping, construction, hardscape, excavation, or equipment experience is a plus Ability to safely lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work throughout the day Experience is preferred, but we will train the right person What We Offer $20-$30/hour depending on experience and ability Full-time hours Overtime opportunities when available Variety of work — not doing the exact same thing every day Opportunity to learn equipment and advance within the company Winter snow-removal work available PTO/paid holidays after one year Well-maintained professional equipment When applying, please include a short description of your previous outdoor, landscaping, construction, or equipment experience and why you think you would be a good fit for our crew.
