Duties Lead and supervise a team of lawncare technicians, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards of quality Coordinate daily work schedules for landscape maintenance, hardscaping construction projects, irrigation management, and groundskeeping activities Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems with expertise Oversee plant identification, pruning, planting, and general horticultural care to maintain healthy landscapes Manage hardscape installations including pathways, retaining walls, patios, and other outdoor structures Ensure proper use of company vehicles and equipment while adhering to safety protocols Conduct site inspections to assess landscape conditions and plan appropriate maintenance or improvement actions Skills Extensive experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and gardening practices Proven supervising or crew management experience in outdoor or landscaping environments Strong knowledge of horticulture principles including plant identification and tree care Skilled in hardscaping construction projects and irrigation system installation/maintenance Ability to operate groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members and manage multiple projects simultaneously Construction experience related to outdoor projects is a plus Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely Outdoor work experience that demonstrates resilience in various weather conditions Knowledge of grounds maintenance best practices including irrigation management and hardscape installation Join us as a Lawncare Crew Lead where your expertise will directly impact the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces.
