Job Description

Flower Girl Gardening is an established full-service gardening company in Jackson, WY. The beautiful Teton Mountain landscape provides a unique work experience. This is a great job for a hardworking individual who enjoys working in the great outdoors. We are a growing company looking for self-motivated, trustworthy, and team-oriented individuals. We provide a supportive work environment with an opportunity for advancement. Our gardeners are creating and maintaining beautiful, sustainable gardens for clients who truly appreciate our professional level of artistry. The short season makes for a fast pace and employees must be able to: take direction well, creatively problem solve and communicate with clients and coworkers clearly.

Requirements:

Must live in the Jackson area Must have a valid driver license and be able to drive a pickup truck Strong work ethic, ability to prioritize The polite, positive, and cooperative manner with co-workers, managers, and customers Able to lift 50 lbs. Work on your feet for a sustained period of time Frequent repetitive movements including bending, twisting, lifting, kneeling, pushing Planting, shoveling, raking, and use of hand tools

Job Functions:

Perform seasonal landscape work including planting, pruning, cleanup, bulb planting, dividing, transplanting, and leaf removal Assist in the daily preparation of trucks and equipment Work outdoors in all weather conditions Weed identification and control Mulching and soil preparation

Compensation:

Very competitive pay, end of season bonus based on performance Remote interview process

Employment Length:

2months Typical end time: 4PM Typical start time: 8
