Requirements:

Must live in the Jackson area Must have a valid driver license and be able to drive a pickup truck Strong work ethic, ability to prioritize The polite, positive, and cooperative manner with co-workers, managers, and customers Able to lift 50 lbs. Work on your feet for a sustained period of time Frequent repetitive movements including bending, twisting, lifting, kneeling, pushing Planting, shoveling, raking, and use of hand tools

Job Functions:

Perform seasonal landscape work including planting, pruning, cleanup, bulb planting, dividing, transplanting, and leaf removal Assist in the daily preparation of trucks and equipment Work outdoors in all weather conditions Weed identification and control Mulching and soil preparation

Compensation:

Very competitive pay, end of season bonus based on performance Remote interview process
