What We Offer:

Starting Wages:

$41,600 - $49,920 per year (depending on your experience)

Full-time, 4/10 workweek (Enjoy longer weekends!) with periodic overtime.

What You'll Do:

As a key member of our team, you will drive a company vehicle to customer locations to keep local properties looking beautiful.

Your daily adventures will include:

• Planning efficient daily routes and driving safely to client sites.
• Applying fertilizers, weed, insect and disease control products to lawns.
• Measuring lawns and calculating areas to provide accurate quotes.
• Chatting with homeowners to provide excellent customer service.
• Filling out invoices and keeping you equipment clean and ready to roll.

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who love working outside and take pride in transforming landscapes.

The Essentials:

• A valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• The ability to pass a drug trest.
• Flexibility to work some Saturdays and occasional overnight travel.
• Strong basic math, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bonus points if you have prior experience in landscaping, golf courses, and pest control or nursery sales.

Physical Requirements:

Because this is an active, outdoor role in all weather conditions, you should be comfortable:

• Lifting and carrying heavy objects up to 50 lbs. independently.
• Walking, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods on uneven surfaces.
• Operating specialized equipment with good hand dexterity.
